RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

1. GENERAL RETURNS CONDITIONS

You have the right to return any item within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and in perfect condition
  • include all original packaging, branded boxes, dust bags, and safety labels
  • be returned from the same country where the order was originally delivered

Footwear must be tried on carefully to avoid marking soles or damaging the box.

We do not accept returns for:

  • women’s lingerie and swimwear
  • socks or men’s underwear

2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This applies to:

  • returns within the European Union
  • international returns

Shipping rates are not fixed and may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • package size and weight
  • selected carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or others)

For this reason, we no longer publish a fixed shipping price table on our website.

If you prefer, you may:

  • arrange the return shipment using your own carrier, or
  • request a return collection through us, in which case the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

3. FREE RETURNS — EXCEPTIONS

Return shipping is only free in the following cases:

  • the item is faulty or damaged
  • the item received is incorrect

In these cases, Ellite will cover all return shipping costs.


4. RETURNS PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Returns, or contact us at sales@ellite.es if you do not have an account
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason
  3. If the item is defective, please attach clear photos of the issue or email them to sales@ellite.es with your order details
  4. Pack the item(s) securely using all original packaging and the Ellite box
  5. Attach the return shipping label (if provided)

Once your return request is approved, we will contact you to coordinate the return shipment or pickup.


5. IN-STORE RETURNS

You may also return items free of charge at our physical store:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Cash refunds are not available.


6. EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Size or item exchanges can also be handled free of charge at our physical store.


7. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

For returns outside the European Union, any return shipping costs will be excluded from the refunded amount.


8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are quality-checked before shipment.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@ellite.es or follow the standard returns process. In these cases, Ellite will cover all return shipping costs.
