Hills Sol y Moda orders are delivered Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Hills Sol y Moda cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, failed payment approval or any outside unforseen circumstances, though we will do everything possible to try to minimise any potential delays.

Please remember that delivery times are calculated from when the order leaves our warehouse. If we receive the order from Monday to Friday before 3 pm, it will be sent the same day, if not, the following working day. Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays. We'll inform you if there's any exceptional delay in processing your order

As we require a signature for all orders, delivery to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are unavailable at this time.


Due to being considered as dangerous goods, we do not ship perfumes to the following destinations; Anguilla, Antigua, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Curacao, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Indonesia, Iceland, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, British Virgin Islands, Martinique, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Urugay, Venezuela.


If you wish, you can pick up your order at our store at Calle Catarroja 1, 03590 Altea, Alicante (Spain). When making the purchase, choose the "Pickup in Store" option and we'll send you an email as soon as your order becomes available. Please remember that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays. This option is only available from Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

Please do not come to the store to pick up the order until you receive an email confirming that it is ready. Once the order is processed you can pickup it up in store from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 20:30 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am - 15:00 pm.


After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all your purchase details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your details.

Our designated shipping agnecy will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.


Customers from the European Union

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Customers outside the European Union

For any orders outside of the European Union, the customer is liable for the cost of customs duties and/or local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Since each country has its own duties, we are unable to estimate the total amount of these fees. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise you on the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

FedEx will contact you directly to organize the payment of any customs and duty taxes. You can choose to pay via bank transfer, check or in cash.


The methods of payment that can be used to make a purchase at our online store are:

  • Bank transfer

For your greater security, credit card payments are processed via the 3D Secure system, so you may have to provide your security code on your bank's website.

In accordance with Spanish legislation, we must issue an invoice for purchases of over €3,000. You will be asked for your passport number, identification number or company VAT number in such cases.


If you have a voucher for our store in Calle Catarroja 1 or Calle La trompa 3, Local 8 or Plaza de los Deportes 2 stores in Altea and wish to use it for an online purchase, please contact us in advance at so that we can create a coupon code for you.


We offer an alteration service at our Calle Catarroja 1 store in Altea for all articles bought through our online store. The service is free for non-sale items and for sale items there are some alterations with fees. All alterations done on items bought in any of our outlets have a fee.

Since we aim at doing the alteration correctly, our tailors and seamstresses need to see how the clothes fit on you. For this reason, they need to see you wearing the garment in front of them.

You can either pick the article up at the Altea store or bring the article personally within one month of receiving it. Once altered, articles cannot be returned.


The digital production of our website has been carried out at our facilities with the greatest effort and care. However, due to different configurations for devices, we cannot guarantee the article's colour corresponds 100% to the colour seen on a screen.

All products leaving our warehouse have been thoroughly checked and it is our aim to deliver every package in great condition. . If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at to find an adequate solution. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
